Any sensitive business-related information will be kept confidential and used only as necessary to provide agreed-upon services.

4. Service Categories 

We offer services to two types of clients: 

  • Private/Individual Users (e.g., personal coaching, training, consulting)

  • Companies/Organizations (e.g., corporate training, business consulting, team coaching)

Each category follows specific terms as outlined below.

5. Terms for Private/Individual Users 
5.1. Service Commitments 
  • Services will be provided as described at the time of purchase or subscription. 
  • Sessions, training, or consultations must be scheduled in advance and used within the agreed timeframe. 
  • Any rescheduling should be requested at least 24 hours in advance, unless in cases of emergency. 
5.2. Payments & Cancellations 
  • Payments must be made in advance unless otherwise agreed. 
  • You may cancel your subscription or session at any time. 
  • Refunds: 
    • If canceled before the next billing cycle, no further charges will apply. 
    • Partial or full refunds may be granted based on fairness and circumstances.

No refunds for sessions already used. 

5.3. Your Rights & Our Duties 
  • Your Right: To receive the agreed-upon service with fairness and professionalism. 
  • Our Duty: To deliver services with integrity and commitment. 
  • Your Duty: To be respectful, use services responsibly, and honor scheduled commitments.
6. Terms for Companies Hiring My Services 
6.1. Service Commitments
  • Services will be tailored to the company’s needs, as agreed in a seperate service contract. 
  • Deliverables, training sessions, or consulting work will be outlined in a written agreement before starting. 
  • Adjustments to services may be discussed mutually and fairly. 
6.2. Payments & Contractual Obligations 

Payment Terms:

  • Payments must be made according to the agreed contract. 
  • Late payments may result in service suspension until payment is completed.

Cancellation & Refunds: 

  • If the company cancels services before completion, any partial work will be charged accordingly. 
  • Refunds (if applicable) will be assessed on a case-by-case basis, ensuring fairness. 
6.3. Company Rights & Responsibilities 
  • Company’s Right: To receive services as agreed, delivered professionally and ethically. 
  • Our Duty: To provide reliable and high-quality services. 
  • Company’s Duty: To provide necessary information, respect agreed schedules, and honor financial commitments.
7. Responsible Use & Professional Conduct 
  • Private Users & Companies must use services responsibly and avoid misuse or unethical actions. 
  • We expect professional behavior from all parties to ensure a trust-based business relationship. 
  • If an issue arises, we encourage open communication to resolve concerns fairly. 
8. Changes & Updates
  • We may update these terms to ensure fairness, clarity, and better service. 
  • If significant changes occur, we will notify users and companies in advance. 
  • Continued use of our services means you accept and uphold these values. 
9. Terms Are Broken 
  • If any party violates these ethical principles or misuses services, we may take appropriate action, including service suspension or termination.
  • Any action taken will be fair and reasonable, with an opportunity for discussion.
